ZTE Corporation has expanded its portfolio of Windows Smartphones, with revealing the ZTE Orbit Windows Smartphone. The Orbit is addition to the company’s existing range, which includes original model currently selling ZTE Tania Smartphone in Sweden, UK and other countries.
ZTE Orbit: ZTE Orbit Windows Smartphone is launched, with the cooperation of Microsoft-ZTE. Microsoft said they are excited to join hands with ZTE, and they are expecting that ZTE Orbit would be available soon in leading retail markets across the World. ZTE is also expecting to grow their Market share, with the partnership of Microsoft. ZTE feels proud, to become manufacturer of Windows Smartphones. It is equipped with HD Voice, 5MP autofocus camera along with LED Flash, 4GB memory, and HD Voice Support. The ZTE Orbit Smartphone would be shipped with latest version of Windows Smartphone.
ZTE Tania was also launched on 18 January recently, which also comes with 4GB internal storage memory, and equipped with 4.3-inch screen, with WVGA 800x480px resolution. ZTE also showcased MF668A data card, which also powered with Microsoft Mobile Broadband driver, which is provided in upcoming Windows 8. The data card is awesome, it is MBIM v1.0 based, and supports RAW IP and high-speed transmission. ZTE Windows Phone devices and Android Smartphones or Tablets also being demonstrated at ZTE Booth at Mobile World Congress (Hall 8, Stand B145).
ZTE Orbit is actually Global version of ZTE Tania, and would be shipped worldwide. It has few specs differences from ZTE Tania. 4-inch WVGA Screen, and latest Windows Phone Tango Operating System. The look and feel of both phones seems inspired by each other, but shape is different. ZTE Orbit is probably winner of race among these two Windows Phones, but there is tough competition to face from Android Smartphones, even some made by ZTC as well, which were also present at ZTE’s booth.
