MWC 2012: LG Optimus 4X HD Quad-Core Android Smartphone Revealed!

Since, we already embarked you, Best Quad-Core Tegra 3 Android Smartphones and Tablets after CES 2012, now we need to re-think. LG is all set to launch LG Optimus 4X HD during MWC 2012 event.

The latest smartphone from LG is also driven by, Nvidia Tegra 3 Processor, running at 1.5GHZ processor. It is having True HD IPS display, which creates PC-like experience in the palm. It was just one year ago at the same time, when LG unveiled their Dual Core Android Smartphone. Now they have pushed their mission strait double from the previous model, with integrating the Quad-Core process. With the 4 core processor, the smartphone would provide smooth HD video experience, Thanks to the powerful Tegra Technology by Nvidia.

LG Optimus 4X HD dressed with 4.7-inch True HD IPS display, along with resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The smartphone runs on 1GB LP DDR2 RAM, and featured with 16GB eMMC memory. The phone is all built to consign high level multimedia experience on the Android Operating System, which is latest Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The special feature of Tegra 3 is that, its fifth core is also present, which is called as ‘Battery-saver core’ that handles low resources tasks, such as music playback or active standby mode. Whenever user starts high performance tasks, such as watching HD videos, the 12-core GPU gets active to deliver rich and interactive display.

LG Optimus 4X HD Android Smartphone is bound with 8.0 megapixel BSI Sensor Rear camera, and 1.3 megapixel Front camera. The rear camera also integrated with LED Flash, apart with other multimedia features to enhance the imaging and video recording functionality. Further, the phone is just 8.9 mm thick and packed in a ‘prism-edged’ design, which is finished with premium materials for superior looks.

LG is going to display this smartphone at Mobile World Congress 2012, it is expected that more details should be out there.
