Acer India has today made buzz in market with announcing the launch of next generation computing device in the form of Acer Aspire S3 Ultrabook in the country during an event held in Mumbai.

Acer has launched Aspire S3 Ultrabook at the moment, when ASUS UX21 Ultrabook is on its way to launch in India. The Acer Aspire S3 is powered by Second Generation Intel Core Processor Family for powerful performance. The Ultrabooks comes in thin, light and attractive design compared to laptops and they’re easy to carry.

Key Features and Specifications of Acer Aspire S3 Ultrabook

The Acer Aspire S3 Ultrabook combines all the major features of notebooks and tablets for improved performance and portability. The new Ultrabook from Acer comes with Acer Green Instant On for fast response, and energy efficient power management, Acer Instant Connect enables users to connect Internet in 2.5 seconds. The Acer Green Instant On comes with two modes including Sleep and Deep Sleep, in which Ultrabook will resume in 1.5 seconds and 6 seconds respectively. In terms of build, the aerodynamic designed Acer Aspire S3 Ultrabook is packed in aluminum/magnesium alloy chassis, along with fingerprint-free metal finish. It has dimensions of 1.5 cm thin and 1.4kg weight. It boasts Acer FineTIp chiclet keyboard for comfortable typing, and is powered by lightweight and high-density battery that is claimed top deliver backup up to 7 hours.

Acer Aspire S3 Ultrabook is equipped with 13.3-inch ultra-thin HD LED display, it makes Ultrabook super-slim and also reduces energy consumption. It is powered by 2nd Generation Core i3/i5/i7 processors along with 240GB SSD or 320/500GB Hard Disk Drive (HDD) options. It features vent-free bottom and warm components are also placed away from palm-rest to make user feel comfortable while working for long time. It is packed in airflow design that automatically dissipates warm air from the rear of the notebooks to prevent air from blowing around hand of the user.

Acer Aspire S3 Ultrabook packed with multimedia features including Dolby Home Theater v4 for cine quality surround sound quality. The HDMI output lets users to connect the Aspire S3 Ultrabook to connect with HD compatible devices to enjoy HD (high-definition) content. Users can also share data and can also download photos from digital cameras via 2-in-1 card reader. For those who would love to stay connected on the go, the Acer Crystel Eye 1.3 megapixel camera along with microphone also integrated. In the connectivity side, the Acer InviLink Nplify 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi CERTIFIED technology and latest Bluetooth 4.0+HSR technology also featured for enhanced performance and experience.
