Motorola ATRIX Gets Android 2.3 Gingerbread Upgrade in Korea

If you were missing the latest upgrade to your favorite Motorola ATRIX Smartphone and you live in Korea, then a good news just announced by Motorola Korea. The company has announced that Android 2.3 Gingerbread upgrade for Motorola ATRIX will be available starting immediately to Korean ATRIX owners.

Motorola said that latest Google Android 2.3 update will enhance overall user experience with the ATRIX Smartphone, as latest update will enable improved and enhanced user interface along with smarter personal information management. With the Android 2.3 upgrade, Motorola ATRIX owners will able to arrange applications which they use most on the ‘Quick Launch Bar’ at the bottom on the home screen for faster and quick access in future. In addition, users would be also able to categorize contacts in groups and send emails or messages to only selected groups, or to those people who are in calendar invitee list.

Moreover, the MOTOBLUR users can now check and upload photos, videos and post comments on the social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter through the MOTO Gallery. The Android 2.3 upgrade also add cool features like application folders, new dial buttons and improved email editing options. If you want to upgrade, Though we suggest to do so immediately, then you can visit Motorola Customer Care Centres across Korea and you can also upgrade your smartphone through Motorola official website. If you’re MOTOBLUR users, you can get over-the-air (OTA) upgrade via Wi-Fi.

Are you outside Korea? No need to disappoint because we can except Android 2.3 update in other countries also soon in short time. Though, USA users of Motorola Atrix 4G can already update to latest Android since last month.
