Intex has announced the launch of its new phone, the Intex Tri.Do. The bar style Java based phone has triple SIM capability and it is third triple SIM phone from the company, the first one was out in 2009.
Intex Tri.Do is specially targeted to business mans and sales persons who need to travel daily, This phone provides triple SIM capability (GSM+GSM+GSM) that enables users to use multiple networks simultaneously. The phone provides 7 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time. The phone is multimedia enabled and supports expandable memory of up to 32GB.
Specifications and Features wise, the Intex Tri.Do phone seems to be value for money. It is equipped with 5.58 cm (2.2-inch) TFT screen with 65K colors and 1.3MP camera that can also used as webcam optionally. When user receives or making call on any GSM connection, the CDMA connection remain active and when user is receiving call on CDMA phone then GSM connection remains active, that enables users to switch between two numbers easily.
The Intex Tri.Do features mobile tracker, video player supports MP4 and 3GP video, audio player supports MP3, AMR, Wave and other formats. The phone also equipped with 3.5mm audio jack that enables users to output the volume to external speakers. The phone allows users to store up to 1000 contacts and also equipped with dual memory card slots (supports to 16GB each). The phone also features Intex Zone which integrates various functions including Answering Machine, Mobile Tracker, Auto Call Record, Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook and Games etc. The phone supports both English and Hindi language and phone can also be used as a modem for web-browsing.
