HTC Desire Z Android Smartphone Launched in India

HTC Corporation has announced the launch of Android Powered smartphone, The HTC Desire Z in Indian market. HTC Desire Z features new HTC Sense experience, which focus on enhancing the mobile experience of the user with new features. The HTC Sense is equipped with many HTC innovations including range of connected services called HTCSense.com.

HTC Desire Z is powered by 800MHz Qualcomm 7230 processor and  Google Android 2.2 Froyo Operating System to deliver full performance. It boasts. 3.7-inch WVGA touch screen with 480 x 800 resolution and QWERTY keypad to enable surfing the web and quick typing and emails. The Desire Z is provides perfect connectivity solution for people and takes surfing and mailing to the next level, it puts all email accounts in one inbox and a unique ‘pop hinge’ opens to reval a QWERTY keypad. The Desire Z keyboard equipped with various keyboard shortcuts and two customizable keys that provides instant access to common functions. The Desire Z is equipped with a 5-megapixel camera with flash, which is capable of recording HD videos.

HTC Sense and HTCSense.com further enhances the user experience. The HTC Sense features enhancement to improove user experience to capture, create, share and access multimedia content. HTC Locations provides a new online mapping experience that allows people to experience instant, on-demand mapping without download delays. On the other hands, HTCSense.com service enables users to manage their phone experience from their HTC phone or personal computer. The HTCSense.com allows users to lock their phone, if in-case it is lost. Even users will be able to forward calls and texts to another phone, send a message to the phone to arrange its return or even remotely wipe all personal data from it. HTC Sense.com makes easy to setup a new HTC phone or access archieved mobile content such as contacts, text messages and call history from a PC browser. Consumers will also able to download HTC content like wallpapers, HTC scenes, sounds or plug-ins from HTC.

The HTC Desire Z is now available at Price Rs. 25,590 through all HTC resellers across India.
