HTC has announced three new Android Smartphones HTC Desire S, HTC Wildfire S and HTC Incredible S at Mobile World Congress 2011 in BARCELONA, SPAIN. All these smartphones are stylish and boasts powerful specs.
All the three new HTC phones, the Desire S, Wildfire S and Incredible S are new versions of their Successors. These phones boasts HTC Sense and HTC’s unique user experience. HTC Desire S
It is successor to the popular HTC Desire, it is equipped with powerful hardware that delivers power and speed. Just like HTC Legend, the HTC Desire S is also comes with aluminium design housing, making it feel solid and natural in your hand. The new HTC Desire S features 3.7 inch WVGA touchscreen display with 480×800 pixel resolution and 768MB ram. It is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 CPU and Google Android 2.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System. It comes with 1.1GB internal storage and memory expansion slot. HTC Desire is equipped with 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus, power LED flash that is capable of 720p HD video recording, and VGA front facing camera also included.
The HTC Desire Supports Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and HSPA/WCDMA Networks, and features Bluetooth 2.1 with FTP/OPP for file transfer Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB connectivity options. It is equipped with 3.5mm stereo audio headset port and also features Internal GPS, Gravity Sensor, Digital Compass, Proximity Sensor and Ambient light sensor. HTC Desire S is powered by 1450 mAh Lithium-ion battery and has 130 grams weight.
HTC Wildfire S
HTC Wildfire S is successor to the popular HTC Wildfire Smartphone. This new version of HTC Wildfire has upgraded CPU from 528MHz to 600Mhz. It is powerful smartphone that enables Facebook, voice and text messaging connectivity with powerful specifications and performance. It is one of the smallest phones, it measures 10.13(L) x 5.94(W) and boasts 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display with 480×320 pixels resolution. It is powered by 600MHz Qualcomm CPU and runs on (possibly) Google Android 2.4 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System ( The Company has not confirmed its operating system yet).
The HTC Wildfire S boasts 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM and memory expansion (micro SD card) slot, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and auto-focus. It supports Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and HSPA/WCDMA Networks and features Bluetooth 3.0 with FTP/OPP for file transfer, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity options. It also equipped with 3.5 mm stereo audio port, Micro USB, Internal GPS, Gravity Sensor, Digital Compass, Proximity Sensor and Ambient light sensor. It is powered by 1230 mAh Lithium-ion battery and weighs 105 grams. The HTC Wildfire will be available in black, purple and white colors. The smartphone’s home screen can be customized with your favorite apps, widgets and content. Finally it is all in one multimedia device.
HTC Incredible S
It is newer version of HTC Incredible smartphone. The new HTC Incredible features newer design with stunning body. The HTC Incredible comes with 4-inch WVGA Super LCD touchscreen display with 480×800 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 CPU and Google Android 2.4 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System (possibly). It boasts 768MB RAM, 1.1GB internal storage and memory expansion slot, 8 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash and auto-focus with 720p video recording capability, and 1.3 megapixel front facing camera.
The Incredible S supports Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and HSPA/WCDMA Networks and features Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 with FTP/OPP for file transfer, and Micro USB connectivity options. It is also equipped with 3.5mm stereo audio port, and also features Internal GPS, Gravity Sensor, Digital Compass, Proximity Sensor and Ambient light sensor. HTC Incredible S enables users to easily share their videos, photos and music to a TV using DLNA technology. The smartphones is powered by 1450 mAh Lithium-ion battery and weighs 135.5 grams.
The HTC Desire S, HTC Wildfire S and HTC Incredible S smartphones, will be available in European and Asian markets during Q2 2011.
