ASUS has announced the launch of new range of Nvidia and AMD DirectCU II graphics cards in India. These graphics cards incorporates advanced cooling technologies.
ASUS HD 6970 and HD 6950 graphics cards equipped with DirectCU II, while the NVIDIA GTX 580, GTX 570 and new GTX 560 Ti equipped with advanced cooling technology. ASUS DirectCU cooling technology uses 100% copper heat pipes in direct contact with GPU Core, that delivers 20%* lower temperatures under load. DirectCU II includes a custom cooler with two 80mm or 100mm sound-dampened fans, that enables massive 600%* increase in airflowon HD 6970, HD 6950, GTX 580, and GTX 570 DirectCU II Graphics cards. ASUS has also introduced GTX 560 Ti DirectCU II TOP graphics card equipped with dual 80mm fans for the high performance.
The all new ASUS DirectCU II graphics cards features power components that are manufactured using ASUS Super Alloy Power technology. These components includes chokes, capacitors, POSCAPs and MOSFETs that delivers 15%* performance boost, 35°C* cooler operation and 2.5* times longer life, according to the company. Further, ASUS overvolting utility Voltage Tweak enables gamers to utilize full PC Graphics performance with easy to use interface.
The ASUS GTX 560 Ti DirectCU II graphics card based on hi-end GPUs clocked at 900MHz by default, an 80MHz gain over generic core clock speeds that results premium overclocking experiences for game and entertainment enthusiasts. These graphics cards will be distributed by National Distributor for ASUS in India, Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd.
